Faceoff: Better Sidekick, Luigi vs Tails

We focus our faceoffs on a lot of big named characters, but what about their supporting cast? This time we’ve taken two popular sidekicks and placed them in a toe to toe battle. It really isn’t about who wins in a fight between the two. It’s more of a question of who is the better sidekick? If you were about to go on a major adventure who would you want watching your back? These two have different styles but similar goals. Make it through a quest and save the Princess. Now we’ve seen these two battle it out in the Smash Brothers series but that really depends on the gamer controlling the fighter. We we’re wondering what would happen if these two mixed it up and nature took it’s course. Link has an arsenal of all purpose weapons from bombs to boomerangs and lets not forget the Master Sword. Mario runs supercharged depending what power-up he gets a hold of, flying, throwing fireballs and even freezing his enemies.
