NGP PS Vita Plot Thickens After Sony Website Surfaces

Well folks PS Vita just might be the real thing. A bit of web surfing may have uncovered Sony’s big secret. We’re not sure why Sony has a developer subdomain named: Vita.SCEdev.net , but they do. Perhaps Vita was a concept name that got scrapped? Things are really starting to look suspect here, but all will be revealed in just a matter of days. If this one is on the money, this might be the worst name change since Nintendo went from Revolution to Wii. Renaming a PlayStation product is very uncharacteristic of Sony and is the main reason we’re still not sure about this. The PlayStation brand is highly recognized and a name like Vita really makes no sense. We still say name the thing PSP 2, but that’s just our two cents.

No matter what the case is, we’ll be kicking it with Sony on June 6th at their L.A. press conference and we plan on answering all of your NGP questions and more.
